We don’t measure our success by winning design awards or seeing our products in high gloss magazines, although we think that’s pretty cool. We’re successful only when you, our customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

If we sent you the wrong item in error, or the merchandise arrived damaged:
Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or 800.426.6394 immediately for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. We ship all replacement orders back to you for FREE in appreciation of your business with us.
Purchases may be returned with a $6.50 restocking fee for any other reason within 20 days of receipt of merchandise by completing the following steps:
- Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800.426.6394 to initiate your return.
- Fill out the Return Merchandise Form and include it with the merchandise and packing slip to ensure proper credit.
- Please return the merchandise in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

Shipping and Handling
We only ship within the continental United States. Orders are processed within three business days of receipt and will arrive within 4 to 10 business days.
Orders will ship via DHL, Fed Ex or UPS Ground Service. Our shipping and handling charges simply cover our costs.
We're required to collect state taxes for deliveries to Illinois.
